Qualification Criteria

•  All registered feet on street across all collection LOB’s.
• Any agency will be considered in the contest even if one FOS registers.
• 75% of the AOP is the minimum qualifying criteria to be considered as continuation of the FOS/agency in the contest.
• Agency / FOS will be disqualified if they are not maintaining 75% of the AOP target.
• Agency preparation required

Evaluation Criteria for FOS

• FOS must manage a minimum of 40 accounts (ACR) to qualify for the contest.
• The performance scoring for FOS will be based on a weighted average of product categories across all LOBs and buckets (BKTs).
• Specific performance metrics for FOS include:
  • POS (Principal Outstanding) product weightage.
  • BKT weightage will be on the count.
  • Roll rate performance is evaluated on POS metrics such as resolution, roll back, and Rate of Recovery (ROR).
  • Penal collection performance for FOS will be assessed basis penal due vs. penal amount collected.
• Achievements for FOS will be measured against set targets, with a clear scoring matrix provided for transparency.
• FOS who achieve less than 75% of their targets will be considered non-qualified, while those achieving above this threshold are qualified and categorized into different levels of achievement (75%+, 85%+, 95%+).
• Consistent performance and improvement over the contest period are crucial for the evaluation and recognition of FOS.
• High-achieving FOS will be eligible for additional rewards and recognition as outlined in the contest structure.

Winner Announcement

The countdown has already begun! The culmination of hard work, determination, and relentless pursuit of excellence will be celebrated after the 5-month-long race is over! There will be a total of 390 winners every month, chosen from the FOS; and a total of 89 winners every month, chosen from the agencies. On the final day of our collection Olympics, we will announce the final winners (390 and 89, respectively) who stood out from the rest. The elite champions will be chosen from an aggregate of the winners of every month.

Similarly for call center there will be a total of 38 winners (30 – callers, 6 – team leaders & 2 -supervisors ) and one call center.
